Based in Hong Kong · Reaching Globally · Empowering SMEs

The 21st Anniversary of the Founding of SME Global Alliance

In 2026, we continue to adhere to our mission: "Marching within the Greater Bay Area, moving forward along the Belt and Road, expanding from ASEAN to the Greater Middle East (including Morocco in North Africa), establishing bases to enter the EU, then advancing into South America, and finally reaching the entire globe," to consistently support the growth of SMEs.

梁華 Allan Leung

Founding Member and Current PRESIDENT

President's Message

"SME Global Alliance (SMEGL) was established in February 2005. At that time, we realized that the era of 'going it alone' was over. Although SMEs have the advantages of flexibility and innovation, they are often at a disadvantage when it comes to accessing information, funding, and international matchmaking."

"Over these twenty-one years, we have always adhered to the principle of 'Connecting Business with Business.' We don't just organize seminars; we are practical 'Connectors.' Whether it's the implementation of policies in the Greater Bay Area or connecting with global markets, we are your most..." (Text is cut off).

屈國良 Jefferson Wat

SupervisorY-CHAIRMAN and Innovation and Technology Committee CHAIRMAN

Vision of the Supervisory-Chairman

"Technology is no longer a cold tool, but an engine that drives SMEs to break through boundaries. I have always been committed to empowering traditional businesses with AI, Web3, and smart management, transforming technology into tangible business opportunities."

"We have always maintained the ambition of 'walking in step with the Greater Bay Area, moving forward along the Belt and Road, and expanding from ASEAN to the EU.' Through the alliance and the technical support of Asia Dragon, we assist every member in breaking geographical restrictions and pushing Hong Kong brands to the heights of global competition."
